Description
Creative Heathland Workshop – Westleton Heath
Tuesday 19th August 8am – 11am
This three hour workshop takes place at Westleton Heath which is a diverse area of Suffolk Heathland. It is a colourful landscape full of flowering heather, delicate grasses, ferns and silver birch trees. It is a National Nature Reserve and a remnant of the Sandlings Heathland that once covered much of the Suffolk Coast.
During this workshop we will explore the heath looking at composing wider views across the heather and also working with more intimate landscapes and detail images. We will look at how to achieve dreamy flower shots using the heather and grasses and will work with colours to create interesting smaller scenes.
During this workshop we will focus on creating 3 images which we will discuss in the zoom session which will take place on Tuesday 26th August at 7pm. The images we will be looking to create will be a wider scene, an intimate landscape and a creative flower shot.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and abilities and all camera types.
