Join me for a Seascape session where we will explore some different styles of seascape photography taking inspiration from the work of other renowned seascape photographers. We will be exploring minimalist seascapes, creating movement and texture in water,  and will be looking at shapes in composition. By looking at other photographers work we will explore various styles of seascape photography and consider our approach to style and vision as we try to apply certain photographic methods to our image making.

We will cover:

Our approach to seascapes – drawing on inspiration from other photographers we will explore minimalist composition, long exposures, capturing texture and movement in water and composition using shapes and black and white post production.

The workshop includes:

A full set of course notes sent via email before the workshop

6  hours of outdoor tuition in three separate coastal locations plus an included (but optional) hour long zoom session afterwards on Thursday 21st September at 7pm to discuss the outcomes and view everyones images. A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent when you book.
